He tok say organisation wey dey do HIV screening for di state no even reach 5 and e fut be because dem no get kit and dat one make dem no sure of di number of people wey get di disease for state.
Di CiSHAN Coordinator point out say dem need to do more test so dem go know how many people really get di disease for di state so dem fit plan for dem as na only 30 percent of di budget dey come out to GomSACA.
