He been cry dis cry on when dem mark dia 65th founder’s day for the hospital inside Ibadan.
Otegbayo yan say like every wekk, him dey collect about 15 resignation letters and even now nurses don plenty pass doctors and pharmacists.
He say him dey happy say Federal Ministry of Health don already put committees wey go find way to keep health workers because if not, by di next 5 years naija go feel di heat.
Di Chief tok say di committee wey get CMDs of tertiary hospitals don bring ideas give other different committees plus di government, make dem get people wey go replace di ones wey comot.
