He come still advise government make dem open up surgical care so e go cover 75 per cent of the population and 50 per cent of children wey never reach 15 years. And make National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) comot limitation wey dey for treatment of surgical conditions.
Ameh still call government make dem train more experts wey go dey provide surgical care especially for di area of support.
