The oga wey dey direct the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for the country, Jeremie Zoungrana, talk say the Primary Health Care (PHC) Challenge fund don give dem the chance to see people wey dey lead well for healthcare and also dem go fit support the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) as dem dey support the PHC areas for their states.
Another person wey talk her mind for the event na the Minister for Finance, Zainab Ahmed and she talk say money wey Federal Government don give states as loan wey dem no go pay back na N471.9 Billion and dis dey under the 1.5 Billion dollar assist wey World Bank give countries wey dem call States Fiscal Transparency Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) Programme.
She talk say she happy say as all the 36 states don get their own share of the loan wey dem no go pay back, dem don also start the change wey dem suppose for their financial system.
