The Director-General of NCDC, Dr. Chikwe Ihekweawu, talk say them collabo with partners to set up these laboratories. Partners like Public Health England, Robert Koch Institute, WHO Nigeria, Africa CDC, and Bernhard-Nocht-Institut fur Tropenmedizin.
